If you are not completely satisfied, you should contact us within 24 hours of the provision of the service.
We promise that if your dissatisfaction is any fault of ours, We will work with you to resolve matters.
We accept no responsibility for nails failing to attach, chipping and/or lifting once you leave our salon and repair or replacement will incure further cost.
Refunds are not offered on any booking fees or completed services.When booking your appointment with The Library Nail Salon, you agree to all terms and policies. During your appointment, you will be asked on multiple times if you are happy with your service that is the time to let us know.
We provide a professional service and are very conscious of our reputation for quality work which we value highly.
We reserve our rights to instigate legal action to protect our reputation should any one defame,
libel or slander us and/or our service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without reason.
Before and After Care : Do not apply cuticle oil or cream to your nails the day of your appointment. Aftercare advice is available via booking page. When you leave The Library Nail Salon is your responsibility to care for them.
Health and Safety : Please attend your appointment alone to abide with Occupational Health and Safety Regulations. This includes friends, children, babies or pets.
Please DO NOT book or attend your appointment if you have any known discolouration, bruising, nail bed lifting, nail allergies, fungal or nail infections present as we will not be able to complete your service. Once treated, The Library Nail Salon will require a Doctor’s Certificate of clearance before returning.
